There are many awesome pets at  “A Forever Pet Animal Rescue”. Meet three of the cutest:

Justin

Justin is a 14-week-old Jack Russell mix weighing approximately 6 pounds.  We expect him to be around 15 pounds when fully grown.  He was rescued from a high-kill shelter with his siblings Jack, Jenny, Jerry and Julia.  He was the runt of the litter but he rebounded very quickly.  He is now the most active and frisky of the litter.  He loves to play and is very affectionate.  He will “escape” from his room and run the halls having a blast.  He has long legs, shiny fur and a slim body.  His adoption donation is $450 which includes his neuter (when he’s ready), puppy vaccinations and microchip.  He is too young to be heartworm tested.  Please come to meet this handsome boy!

Selena

Selena is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing 14.6 pounds. She is friendly and affectionate. She loves to have her belly rubbed and will lay there with a big smile on her face as you pet her. She does not like other dogs so she has to be the only pet. She walks well on a leash and enjoys cuddling. She does have a mammary tumor which we will have removed before she is adopted but she is ready for adoption now. Her adoption donation is $300 which includes her spay, vaccinations, surgery, and microchip. She is heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Please come to meet this lovable girl.

Ava

Ava is a beautiful, sweet 2-year-old Retriever mix weighing 53 pounds. She is shy but very friendly and seems happy. She was adopted when she was just 4 months old and returned later as they thought she had too much energy. Sadly, Ava had not been trained at all. She is so sweet but it’s almost like she is still a puppy because she lacks training. She has a whole new world to learn and needs someone very patient with her. She is gentle (I don’t think we have ever heard her bark). She is loving with the staff and volunteers; she loves her treats and has a few doggie friends at the rescue that she loves to play with. It is so wonderful to see her having fun playing with other doggies. She does not walk well on a leash and she still needs help with house-training. While she gets along with the other dogs but she has not been cat or child-tested. Her adoption donation is $100 which includes her spay, vaccinations, microchip. She still seems frightened of loud noises and even going outside. We truly do not know what happened when she was adopted but we pray her forever family will come soon. She deserves the love and the patience of someone to show her what a home should be like. She may require a few visits just because she is shy but you will see what a sweet little girl she is. Please come visit her and please help her get the Forever Home she desperately desires.
