Mark your calendars, it is almost time for the Minneola Schoolhouse Library’s spring book, bake and yard sale on Saturday, May 12 from 8 am until 2 pm at the Minneola City Hall Gym located at 800 US-27, Minneola.
There are vendor tables still available for rent, and the library is happily excepting donations of gently used books, DVDs, CD’s and jigsaw puzzles. You can drop off donations during library hours, or place donations in our book drop after hours.
The Friends of the Minneola Schoolhouse Library sponsor this event, and all proceeds benefit the library. Expect a great selection of books and materials covering all subjects and suitable for all tastes and ages. There will be fiction, nonfiction, DVDs and music CDs. This spring there is an abundance of cookbooks and gardening books.
You will find perfect gifts for mom on Mother’s Day! Don’t forget to purchase raffle tickets for our fabulous “Green Thumb” basket for that favorite gardener in your family.
In addition to the book sale, you will find 40 vendor tables full of craft and yard sale treasures. There will be a delicious array of desserts. Lunch, snacks and drinks will also be available for purchase including pulled chicken BBQ sandwiches and hot dogs.
