Downtown Clermont Is Moving Forward With A New Look, A Variety of Restaurants and Entertainment

Clermont City Council approved two major projects which will pave the way for additional growth and vibrancy in Downtown Clermont.

If all goes according to plan, VP Skytop, a wine and bourbon bar with rooftop lounge, will be constructed on property located at 752 W. Montrose  (presently Engel & Volker).

Another exciting project planned for Downtown Clermont is the construction of a 17-unit condominium complex overlooking Victory Pointe. The .7 acre building site is located at the intersection of Montrose and 10^thStreet.

In addition to the restaurants already in Downtown Clermont, coming soon

Clermont Brewing Co. is coming to 750 W DeSoto Street.

Corelli’s Restaurant, located in the K-Mart Shopping Center, is opening a second shop in Downtown Clermont at 732 Ste B, Montrose, next to Moonlight Players.  http://www.corellisrestaurant.com

RusTeak is planning to build on the site next to Lilly’s on the Lake.

Suncreek Brewery, Savoree(Sandwiches and Salads) and Michael’s Ali Coal Fired Pizza, located on West Minneola Avenue in Downtown Clermont, will open July 15.
