We are kicking off our library Summer Reading Program (SRP) with a special guest! Minneola Fire Chief Jan Otero will join kids of all ages for a fun and informative story time on Friday, June 1, at 11 am at the Minneola City Hall Gym.

Kids and caregivers will enjoy a firefighter-themed story time, learn about fire safety and have the chance to explore the city’s big red fire engine. However, if an emergency call is received the truck will have to leave.

Minneola’s SRP Friday Morning Showtime continues each Friday through July 13. Join us for fabulous entertainment, including circus clowns, a magician, drumming circle, zany comedy and more.  We meet from 11 am –12 pm at the Minneola City Hall Gym at 800 US-27, Minneola. These programs are geared for kids from birth through age ten, but all ages are welcome to attend.

The Minneola Schoolhouse Library is located at 100 South Main Street.
