The Friends of the Cooper Memorial Library will host Mediterranean Cuisine with Chef Warren on Wednesday, September 5, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in Room 108 (first-floor community room) of the Cooper Memorial Library in Clermont.
Join Chef Warren as he shares dozens of kitchen tips, cooking hints, and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of Mediterranean cooking, exploring the cuisines of this region. He will show you how many of the Mediterranean dishes can be prepared in your own kitchen using fresh and readily available ingredients.
Chef Warren will end the presentation with a cooking demo preparing a healthy Mediterranean dish that anyone can make at home in less than 15 minutes. This is a free program and everyone is welcome to attend.
