Chick-Fil-A is coming to Hammock Ridge Road and US 27, Clermont (opening projected early 2019). This will be Rocky DeStefano’s second Chick-Fil-A in the Clermont area.

Dunkin Donuts will be located near Citrus Tower and Hwy 27.  Expected to open in 2019

Edible Arrangements will be opening in late 2018 (located in the former comics store by Epic Theater). The shop will be serving food.

Growler Orlando West, a micro-brewery located at Clermont Landing near Aldi’s, is expected to open Fall of 2018.

Planet Fitness is coming to Hwy 27 by Anderson Hill Road in March 2019. Several restaurants are also being considered for that location.

Twistee Treat– will open in Fall 2017. It is located on property on S. US 27 next to the Kings Ridge Shopping Center.

 

DOWNTOWN CLERMONT

Chef O’s Farm To Table (formerly The Main Event), located on the corner of Minneola Ave and 8thStreet, will open soon.

Clermont Brewing Co. – Coming to 750 W DeSoto Street. Construction has begun. (Opening early 2019). The CBC will offer onsite brewed craft beer, artisanal food, and live entertainment. It will have covered porches complete with furniture groupings and fire pits, a beautiful backyard and a  fully air-conditioned tap room.

Corelli’s Restaurant opened its 2ndClermont restaurant in Downtown Clermont at 732 Montrose, next to Moonlight Players. It serves pizza, deli, soups, salads, wine and beer in addition to an Italian specialty shop.  It will be expanding its outside eating area and will be holding wine tastings.

Florida Angler, a fishing outfitter, will be opening late in 2018 at 786  Montrose St. this Fall (Merchandise and lessons available.)

Maribella’s Salon will be moving from 8thStreet to 917 West Ave. in late 2018.

Montrose Market, located on the corner on Montrose and 8thStreet, will be opened in late 2018.  It will house Sir Benji Donuts, More Than Cheese, Back to Basics. Oxygen Bar, Golden Hills Coffee and Tea, as well as a clothing boutique and wine bar.

RusTeak Restaurant– Coming to the location next to Lilly’s on the Lake. Opening Date TBD.

Solid Rock -Martial Arts Academy at 650-B 8th Street, Clermont has recently opened. Master Darrell Edwards is a certified black belt certified instructed.

Suncreek Brewery, Savory Deli, and Michael’s Ali Coal Fired Pizzalocated on West Minneola Avenue in Downtown Clermont, will open September 9.

VP Skytop Wine/Bourbon Bar and restaurant/rooftop lounge will hold its groundbreaking this fall. The business will be constructed on property located at 752 W. Montrose, in the back of Engel & Volker /across from Hanks Electric.

 

Bed & Breakfast w/Boutique at 550 West Street (formerly Pasta Vino Restaurant).  Currently in the planning stages.

Victory Pointe Condos – a 17-unit condominium complex overlooking Victory Pointe. Located at the intersection of Montrose and 10. Groundbreaking tentatively scheduled by end of the year. Preselling units at $350,000 -$375,000 (subject to change).

Woodwinds Apartments (affordable housing) accepting applications. The Woodwinds Community will provide 96 affordable 1,2,3 bedroom apartments.   The Apartments, located on a 10-acre piece of property on South Grand Highway near the intersection of Citrus Tower Boulevard, will be opening September 27.
