This year the City of Clermont Events team was, once again, recognized by the Florida Festivals and Events Association (FFEA) for its creative and technical efforts.

Florida Festivals and Events Association CEO Suzanne Neve presented the awards to members of the Events Team at the October 23, Clermont City Council meeting.

The awards are 1st Place – Promotional Item (Clermont Earth Day Globe Beach Ball with City Logo); 2nd Place – Promotional Mailer (Light Up Clermont Teddy Bear Die Cut); and 3rd Place – Promotional Poster (Clermont Cycle & Seek).

Clermont has received a total of 10 awards from the association since joining in 2015.

The Florida Festivals and Events Association’s (FFEA) mission is to promote and strengthen the festival, event and fair industry in Florida. Since 1994, the FFEA has grown to more than 550 members and collectively representing 3,500 events throughout the state of Florida.

Congratulations to the Clermont Event’s Team for making Clermont a fun and Sunsational place to play.
