Clermont Welcomes Visitors! You probably noticed construction going on at 12th Street and SR50. When completed, the formidable structure will provide a marker to the entrance to the west side of the City of Clermont. A structure will be located on the eastern boundary of Clermont as well, both providing a welcoming addition to the city of Clermont.
Kehlor Building, where seniors play – Construction continues on the $488K project. The new building, located at 466 W. Minneola Ave., Clermont. will open this summer. The existing building will remain open until the future building is completed. See Kehlor Building

Bella Italian Bakery, next to Beef O’Brady’s. The bakery will be using generational recipes and baking onsite.
Dan Newlin Law Office, 17330 SR 50 (Magnolia Center), coming soon. This will be the home office.
4 Corners Insurance recently opened its doors at 669 E. Highway 50 (next to Walgreen Drugs)
Mind Masters Escape Room –. Opening soon. A great team building or family experience. Located at 1453 E. Hwy 50, Clermont (located in front of Lowe’s).
Southern Nutrition– now opened at 1600 Hancock Road, Suite B, Clermont (next to 5 Guys). Now open and specializing in vitamins, supplements, and weight loss products for a healthier lifestyle.
Wendy’s – located at 7549 SR 50, Groveland (opening soon). Next to Taco Bell.
Lion Heart Floors Showroom is opened. Located at 376 E Myers Blvd, Mascotte, the showroom is offering a wide-variety of samplings.

Citrus Tower– New businesses at The Citrus Tower include:
Mountaineer Coffee, (opened) 141 US Highway 27, at the Citrus Tower

Happy Troll Games, (Opened) 155 US Highway 27 near Citrus Tower

Planet Fitness is coming to Hwy 27 by Anderson Hill Road, Clermont. The building will be completely refurbished. There will be several businesses/restaurants lining 27 at Shoppes at Anderson Hill (by Planet Fitness)

Rita’s Italian Ice, Clean Eats and Smoothie King plan to open at the newly constructed Shoppes at Anderson Hill (located at Anderson Hill and Rte. 27.
DOWNTOWN CLERMONT
Clermont Brewing Co. – NOW OPEN! at 750 W DeSoto Street. The CBC offers onsite brewed craft beer, artisanal food, and live entertainment. It has covered porches complete with furniture groupings and fire pits, a beautiful backyard and a fully air-conditioned taproom.
Montrose Market, located on the corner on Montrose and 8thStreet, will open soon. It will house Sir Benji Donuts, More Than Cheese, Back to Basics. Oxygen Bar, Golden Hills Coffee and Tea, a Clothing Boutique, Sodu Sushi, Jour de Crepe, Box Grill, Roaster’s Café, as well as a wine bar. Planned opening approximately July.
Offices in Downtown Clermont – The future home of a 2,000-square-foot office space located at 752 West Montrose Street (behind Engel & Volkners). The property had been slated to become a bourbon bar but plans have changed.
