Pat Moore and Suzanne McClure of Beta Theta-Clermont presented a check to the South Lake  Chamber of Commerce (SLCC) in support of the annual Teacher Appreciation Breakfast which was recently held to honor and support local teachers.  Moore and McClure are both educators and expressed their thanks to the SLCC for staging such a tremendous event.

Beta Theta is a philanthropic organization.  Last year its members, a group of 21, raised more than $17,000 with all proceeds contributed to local high school scholarships and non-profit organizations. This season, its major fundraiser, Beta Theta’s 16th Annual Mardi Gras Celebration will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020.  The members are looking forward to your support and assistance in giving back to the community.
