All offices of the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will be closed Monday, Sept. 2 for Labor Day, as well as Tuesday, Sept. 3 and Wednesday, Sept. 4 in anticipation of severe weather due to Hurricane Dorian.
All payment processing will be unavailable during the closure, and due dates will be extended for customers who have a payment deadline.
All jurors summoned for the week of Sept. 2-6 should call 352-742-4162 or visit www.lakecountyclerk.org/jurorinfo after 5 p.m. on Sept. 4 for the latest reporting instructions.
Court hearings scheduled for Sept. 3 and 4 are canceled. Additional court dates may be affected, and customers will be notified of their rescheduled dates when they become available.
