The new Greystone Lakes of Clermont Heath and Rehabilitation Center just celebrated its grand opening. Led by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, they invited the entire community to their ribbon cutting ceremony with an exciting open house event. The opening party festivities included guided tours, ra ffle prizes, gift bags, music and plenty of delicious refreshments.
The Lakes of Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center: The Lakes of Clermont is located here in the southern half of Lake County within one mile of the Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. They offer 40 spacious private and 20 semi-private suites that each include individual bathrooms and showers. Personalized dining services are provided by their trained culinary staff, including a registered dietitian. A beautiful private outdoor courtyard provides a tranquil location for visiting and relaxing in the sunshine. For entertainment, they have a cinema room to provide residents with movie theater experiences.

management with specialized orthopedic, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation programs. They provide physical, occupational and speech therapies outpatient rehabilitation services, IV therapy, total parenteral nutrition and tracheotomy care. RN/LPN services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Exercise and recreational activities are available 7 days a week. They also provide local transportation services for their guests.
