Say Hola to Pepe’s Cantina as historic downtown Clermont is happy to welcome it’s newest  restaurant located at 794 West Minneola Avenue right next door to Sun Creek Brewery opening officially this Friday, October 30th.

“Diners will be treated to unique and authentic northern Mexican as well as Tex Mex cuisine,”  said Frank Chavez, owner of Pepe’s and this will be his third location with others in Winter Park and downtown Orlando.
By unique, Frank said they will be using their signature blend of ingredients and innovative techniques to treat the customer to a menu offering not only traditional fresh Mexican dishes; but a menu with a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan selections as well. including “beyond beef and chicken plant based ingredients.”
Included in the dining experience will be “made fresh at the table” guacamole and daily made handmade corn tortillas plus a daily “happy hour” every day from 11:30-7 with 3.99 drinks and a Sunday brunch featuring all you can eat & drink for $24.99 specials.
Frank said that their attention to quality cuisine that includes both northern Mexican as well as Tex-Mex favorites will keep the diner coming back often.  One of Executive Chef Evilio’s signature dishes is Hawaiian Fajita’s which includes a half pineapple bowl filled with beef, chicken or shrimp with chunks of pineapple and covered with cheese.
They plan to offer fun-filled events such as Cinco de Mayo and Halloween as well as various specials throughout the year with a Mexican flavor.
