COVID VACCINE Sites

The Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 Immunization site at the St. Patrick Catholic Church will be closed permanently at the close of business on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 (1:00 p.m.).

DOH-Lake would like to thank St. Patrick Catholic Church, municipalities of Mt. Dora, Eustis, Leesburg and Tavares, and all the volunteers for providing over30,000 vaccines at this site alone!

As a reminder, the schedule for this week April 5th-9th is as follows:

St. Patrick Catholic Church Site located at 6803 Old Hwy 441, Mt. Dora.

Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Open for 1st and 2nd doses on a first come, first served basis.

DOH-Lake Community Health Site located at 560 W. DeSoto Street, Clermont.

Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. scheduled 2nd dose appointments only

Schedules are based on vaccine availability.  Dates and times are subject to change.

The Lake Square Mall immunization site is available by appointment only. Residents may preregister for an appointment online at myvaccine.fl.gov or by phone at 866-201-6909 (or 833-476-1031 for TTY users).

A revised DOH-Lake COVID-19 Immunization sites schedule for the week of April 12th will be released this Friday as usual with location updates.

All Florida residents are now eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration.  The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons 16 and up (all minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian).  The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up.
