Orlando Health South Lake Hospital has selected Jennifer Grafton, MBA, CPA, as the hospital’s new chief financial officer effective April 1, 2021. Grafton transitioned to Orlando Health South Lake from Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital.
“We’re excited to welcome Jennifer to the Orlando Health South Lake Hospital family,” said Lance Sewell, president, Orlando Health South Lake and senior vice president, Orlando Health North Central Region. “Jennifer’s experience leading finance and accounting for community hospitals will help to further Orlando Health South Lake Hospital as we continue to grow and serve our region.”
Grafton earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from DePaul University in Chicago, IL in 2005. She previously served as chief financial officer for St. Cloud Regional Medical Center, Community Health Systems and assistant vice president, finance at UF Health Central Florida. In these roles, she was key in overseeing financial operations, strategy and analysis. A Certified Public Accountant, Grafton is an active member of the West Orange and Lake County communities and volunteers with her church. Kensington Orlando, and Hope Water International.
