MUSE BAR + BISTRO – Opening Soon: Muse Bar + Bistro-CLERMONT will be the newest restaurant to open in Clermont. It’s located at 2385 S. Hwy 27, in the recently vacated home of “World of Beer”.
Restaurant Founders Aaron Straub, Jennifer Powers, Chef Statler and Jennifer Cichoracki bring many years of food/beverage, hospitality and community service to the restaurant.
Tuesday through Sunday, Muse Bar + Bistro will be open to the public offering a chef-driven menu and a full list of appetizers, salads, handhelds, entrees and desserts (including a children’s menu). A wine list, barista-made coffees, and fresh drinks compliment the dining experience. On Mondays, things are different.
Mondays Are Community Days, A whole new concept in community service
The Straub Family Foundation is working to help the 1 in 6 people in the Central Florida Community who are food insecure. Those who struggle to feed themselves, or their families regularly. its goal is to provide as many as possible with food and with the dignity of being served a good meal in a safe setting. On Mondays, the restaurant will offer Community Days, when all can enjoy a freshly cooked meal, served for whatever can be afforded.
All are welcome to donate their time on Mondays at Muse to help in any way they can. Any non-perishable foods can be dropped off at Muse anytime during the hours of operation. Monetary donations, either one-time, or sustained giving can be made on their safe and secure website. You can choose to be recognized as a donor, or remain anonymous. All monetary donations will be used to directly help those in need in Central Florida.
Taco Norteno Authentic Mexican Express, located in the Emerald Lake Plaza at 1203 W. Hwy 50, is open. Tocos, burritos, chimichungas, quesadillas are part of a large selection of authentic Mexican food.. Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays (10:30 am – 8:00 pm). Friday & Saturday (10:30 am to 9:00 pm), and Sunday (10:00 am – 7:00 pm). Closed Tuesday.
