The Florida Run is set to host a trail run event on May 6th, 2023, at Lake Louisa State Park. The event is open to all levels of participants and will offer a 4-mile evening run.

The trail run will take participants through the scenic and rugged terrain featuring picturesque views of lakes, rolling hills, and natural forests. Participants will experience an exhilarating course that will leave them feeling accomplished.

“We are thrilled to host this trail run event at Lake Louisa State Park,” said park manager Rachel. “This is an opportunity for participants to enjoy the beauty of the park while also challenging themselves in a unique and exciting way.”

Participants can expect a well-organized event with one aid station, restrooms, and first-class medical care. The event will also feature post-race refreshments and entertainment, including food and beverages, live music by Crenshaw, and awards ceremonies for the top overall winners.

Race director Jami Luli states “Lake Louisa State Park offers an exceptional, safe, natural location for races.  We are lucky to partner with Orlando Health and Publix to provide the community an evening race to kick off the summer.”
