The Cross Ridge Exchange, located just south of Clermont Landing between Wal-Mart Supercenter and BJ’s Wholesale, features 500ft of frontage on Highway 27, with direct access, and additional access from both Cross Ridge Road and shared access from BJs Wholesale.

Lots of Dirt is being moved on Hwy 50
Portillo’s is coming to life at 1251 East Highway 50. The restaurant will open in the new development on Highway 50, just half a mile east of the US27/Highway 50 intersection. Designed with a Florida garage theme, the 7,700-square-foot restaurant will have seating for 170 guests inside and an additional 50 on the outdoor patio. It will also feature signature double drive-thru lanes to serve guests.
Signature menu items include Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, Famous Italian Beef Sandwiches, Char-Grilled Burgers and Portillo’s Famous Chocolate Cake. Visit https://www.portillos.com/clermont/

On Hwy 27 (west of Hammock Ridge Road)
Staybridge Suites, will occupy more than 5,000 square feet of total floor space at Hammock Ridge Road and the US-27 intersection. The four-story hotel with associated parking on 2.50 +/- acres, will include 100 rooms and other hotel amenities.
7 Brew is the newly constructed building presently standing proudly and alone in front of the site of Staybridge Suites. 7 Brew is a drive-thru coffee shop, serving 7 original coffees andall kinds of custom hand-crafted drinks.
The Salt Shack in Downtown Clermont is opening soon. Signs indicate, “We’re hiring!**”
Johnson Village Marketplace in downtown Clermont is slated to open by the end of October.
