Game Summary:
The St. Cloud Bulldogs came out on top last Friday over the South Lake High School Eagles 7-0 in a defensive battle. Brendon Robinson, Kaden McGliore, Malik Holman, Junior Misere, Rome Mckinnond, and Tyson Williams had outstanding defensive performances for the Eagles. The Bulldogs held senior running back Keven Charles in check all night dominating the Eagle offensive line. South Lake High School will look to rebound and win their first game at home this season next Friday night vs rival East Ridge High School.
“ We could not finish in the red zone last Friday night. Costly mistakes, blown assignments by our offensive lineman, and penalties cost us last Friday night. You only get so many opportunities inside the 5-yard line during a game. You have to finish to win football games. Our defense might of played its best game of the season. We will work hard this week to win our second district game vs East Ridge.”
