The Clermont Woman’s Club recently had the opportunity to participate in the Clermont Historical Society’s Heritage Day. It was a great event and we had the opportunity to talk with many of our Clermont neighbors. We also took the opportunity to present our annual contribution to the Historical Society.
The Clermont Woman’s Club is a Federated Woman’s Club chartered in l927. It is a non-profit service organization and by fundraising throughout the year, they are able to support international, national, and local charities. They meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 12:30 pm (September through May) at their clubhouse 655 W. Broome St., & 7th St., Clermont. For information, see www.clermontwomansclub.org
