After years of neglect, the property on the SW corner of Grand Hwy and Pitt Street is being transformed. Lockhart Management Group, LLC will serve as the developer and general contractor of the residential property.
This development will boast approximately 19 residential buildings housing over 100 units, each offering two to three bedrooms, plus a clubhouse!
Phase one is slated for completion by Fall 2024. The second phase should be completed by March 2025.
Members of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce were at the site to welcome Lockhart Management Group, LLC to the community.
