Break out your favorite red, white, and blue, call your friends, and family, and make plans to celebrate America at Clermont’s annual Red, White & BOOM!

The free, family event will be packed with fun activities, tasty foods, and live entertainment on Thursday, July 4 at Waterfront Park, 330 Third Street, from 5 to 9:30 pm.

A variety of music will be provided throughout the evening including Switch, Back to the 80’s and DJ Mack Jay.

Food trucks will feature refreshing culinary delights, vendors will offer festive trinkets and bounce houses and a water balloon toss will keep the kids entertained throughout the event. An Independence Day celebration would not be complete without fireworks and Clermont’s display is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m.

Free public parking is available downtown between Osceola Street and Desoto Street from Lake Avenue to West Avenue and at Aurelia Cole Academy on Pitt Street.

Shuttle buses will also offer free rides to and from Waterfront Park between 4:30 and 10:30 pm from the following locations:

The last shuttles will leave Waterfront Park at 10:30 p.m.
Shuttles leaving from the Clermont Arts and Recreation Center will provide ADA accommodations.
