At the Clermont Woman’s Club January meeting, Teagan Becker, a senior at Lake Minneola High School and Key Club member, gave a presentation about their upcoming “Mini” four-hour fundraising event which will be held on March 28th at the high school.

Teagan explained that the goal of the Key Club is to raise $7,000.00 which will be donated to UF Shan’s Children’s Hospital.  There will be a dance marathon along with games and events.  Sounds like fun….hope to see you there!

The Clermont Woman’s Club was chartered in 1927.  It is a non-profit service organization that meets on the first Tuesday of each month (September through May) at 12:30 pm at their clubhouse, 655 W. Broome Street, Clermont.  For information see www.clermontwomansclub.org
