Taking place on Saturday, April 25, this first-of-its-kind Central Florida experience is a dynamic collaboration between Authentic Life Journey and Marz Event Management. The event blends wellness, community, and intentional rest into one immersive, feel-good day by the water.
“We know women are carrying more than ever right now, and burnout shouldn’t be a permanent state of being,” says Ramona Crabtree-Falkner. “We’ve created a lakeside sanctuary where women can give their bodies permission to exhale—and walk away feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed.”
