Community members are invited to experience sustainable gardening, fresh produce, and hands-on learning during The Giving Farm’s monthly Farm Tour on Sunday, June 14, 2026.

Held on the second Sunday of each month, the popular tours are personally led by Farmer Banks Helfrich, who guides attendees through 15 thriving gardens while sharing practical tips on how families can grow their own groceries and reduce household food costs.

The tour will begin promptly at 9:07 am at The Giving Farm, located at 9100 Sams Lake Road in Clermont. Guests are encouraged to arrive before 9:00 am to ensure they do not miss the start of the tour.

During the event, Helfrich will demonstrate a variety of gardening techniques, discuss sustainable food production, and offer visitors the opportunity to sample seasonal fruits and vegetables harvested directly from the farm. Future gardeners will also receive free trees and plants to take home and grow themselves.

The Giving Farm’s monthly tours are designed to educate, inspire, and empower residents to become more self-sufficient while fostering a stronger connection to local agriculture and healthy living.
