The City of Minneola is inviting residents and visitors to celebrate its 100th anniversary with a special evening of family-friendly entertainment under the stars.
As part of the city’s Centennial Celebration, community members are encouraged to gather at the Minneola Athletic Complex, 13930 Education Avenue, Minneola, on Friday, August 15, for a free outdoor screening of National Treasure. The movie will begin at 8:30 pm, offering families, friends, and neighbors an opportunity to enjoy a memorable night together.
In addition to the movie, attendees can learn more about and participate in the city’s Centennial Scavenger Hunt, an activity designed to engage residents of all ages while highlighting Minneola’s rich history and community spirit.
City officials encourage everyone to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, and enthusiasm as the community comes together to celebrate a century of Minneola’s growth, achievements, and shared memories.
