This give-back chorus recently performed for seniors at Superior Residences, in Clermont, many of whom sang along to love songs familiar to them!
Formerly South Lake A Capella, an internationally-acclaimed, award-winning woman’s chorus, the membership recently decided to forego the stress of rules, dues and competition at far away places in favor of complimentary performances for those in South Lake and West Orange counties. While this group has made many changes, ONE VOICE continues to add new music to its repertoire under the excellent, talented and patient direction of Ludmila Hemmings.
ONE VOICE practices most Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. in the choir room at Oakland Presbyterian Church, nestled conveniently between Orange and Lake counties at 218 East Oakland Avenue, Oakland, Fl.
