John “Doc” Hutchings will tell his personal experiences about true American heroes who gave their all to serve our country. As they say “All gave some…some gave all.” The book, The Names NOT on the Wall is based on his final tour of duty. Doc served with Alpha Co., 1st Bn 5th Marines as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman. from October 23, 1968 – October 23, 1969.
Join us as we travel back in time to the Quang Nam Province in Vietnam. Doc will be at Cooper Memorial Library in-person to sign copies of his book. Books will also be available to our virtual audience. Pastfinders is honored to host John “Doc” Hutchings on March 9th 2023 at Cooper Memorial Library and on Zoom.
The program starts at 4:30 PM – greetings, information on future programs, 5:00 PM – Doc presentation will start followed by Q&A. Books will be available for $30.00 plus S&H if applicable.
