Take steps towards stronger bones with this 7-week educational series led by Lori Johson, Family & Consumer Science Agent. The series includes a lecture, cooking demos, and sample recipes designed to help you improve and maintain bone health. Whether you’re looking to prevent osteoporosis or manage it better, this program covers essential topics such as diagnosis, treatments, nutrition, safe movements, exercise, and fall prevention.
Cost is $30
10am-11:30am, beginning April 24th. Classes repeat on Thursdays, ending on June 12th.
