Orlando Cat Cafe

March offers a fantastic lineup of cat-related fun, entertainment and events at The Orlando Cat Café. Reservations can be made online at any time.

Do you know all there is to know about caterpillars?  Has your spouse written a book on anatomy?  If you answered yes to either of these questions (or no, it really doesn’t matter), then Trivia Night at the Orlando Cat Café is calling your name! Join the Orlando Cat Cafe for a fun-filled 1½ hours for Trivia Night hosted by ThinkTankTrivia on March 10thbeginning at 6:00 pm. Teams will compete for a variety of prizes and the best swag the Orlando Cat Cafe has to offer. The event is free of charge; however, participants are asked to make a reservation online and respectfully request bringing a donation from the Orlando Cat Café wish list to help benefit the cats while they await their forever homes.

The Orlando Cat Café also continues to offer its very popular Yoga with Kitties Classes the second and fourth Saturday of every month on March 14th and 28th. Classes on the second Saturday of the month are taught by Rick Burke, a Certified Les Mills BODYFLOW Instructor and Certificated Yoga Instructor. Classes on the fourth Saturday of the month are taught by Cyndi Staudt, a Registered Yoga Teacher for over 15 years, certified Aerial Yoga instructor for 5 years and is a rescue kitty Mom of a gorgeous (not so) little boy Harley. The Orlando Cat Café was recently featured in Yoga Magazine and dubbed this novel concept as “purr-fect” for any level.

Since opening in September of 2016, the Orlando Cat Café has welcomed over 70,000 guests and adopted 800 cats and kittens to their forever homes. The Orlando Cat Café houses between 12-20 cats and kittens, all of which are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on their vaccinations and available for adoption through SPCA Florida. The Orlando Cat Café is located at 532 Cagan Park Avenue in the Cagan Crossings Town Center, about 4 miles west of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made at www.orlandocatcafe.com.
