Burgerim Restaurant is now open at 2337 S. Hwy 27, Clermont Landing near Epic Theater. The restaurant offers “millions of possibilities and endless combinations.” Select from Classic, BIG or specialty burgers (Angus Beef, Spanish Beef, Greek Lamb, Grilled or Crispy Chicken, Turkey, Hawaiian Salmon, and Falafel) in addition to salads and a wide array of buns and toppings. Bella Italian Bakery is located at 1640 E. Hwy 50 Ste. B, Clermont (next to Beef O’Bradys). The Italian Pastry and Bakery will utilize all the delicious and authentic recipes from prominent Brooklyn and New York Italian Pastry and Bakery Shops (coming soon)
Dan Newlin Law Office will be located at 17330 SR 50, Clermont (Magnolia Center). Coming late spring. This will be the home office.
Green Mountain Pizza, is open at 303 East State Road 50, Clermont (Sunnyside Plaza).
Fifty West, a Class A office and retail space, located on SR50 between Toyota and the Car Wash. Watch the dirt start moving and construction begin mid to late 2019.

Chef-O’s Bakery and Café – opening at 1800 South US 27, Clermont. Spanish America buffet and bakery (building near Holiday Inn Express)
Citrus Tower– New businesses at The Citrus Tower include: Mountaineer Coffee, Happy Troll Games, and Retro Bar Arcade. A restaurant is also being considered at the location.
Dunkin Donuts – located near Citrus Tower and Hwy 27 (near Chick-fil-A). Expected to open in summer 2019
Planet Fitness is coming to Hwy 27 by Anderson Hill Road, Clermont. Enhancing the area around Planet Fitness is the Shoppes at Anderson Hill.

Clermont Brewing Co. – Almost here!
Coming to 750 W DeSoto Street, Clermont. The CBC will offer onsite brewed craft beer, artisanal food, and live entertainment. It will have covered porches complete with furniture groupings and fire pits, a beautiful backyard and a fully air-conditioned tap room. Expected to open in 2-3 week
Montrose Market, located on the corner on Montrose and 8thStreet, is expected to open in July/August. It will house Sir Benji Donuts, More Than Cheese, Back to Basics. Oxygen Bar, Golden Hills Coffee and Tea, a Clothing Boutique, Sodu Sushi, Jour de Crepe, Box Grill, Roaster’s Café, Twisted Flavors Baked Bar, as well as a wine bar.
Offices in Downtown Clermont – The future home of a 2,000-square-foot office space located at 752 West Montrose Street (behind Engel & Volkners). The property had been slated to become a bourbon bar but plans have changed.
